Palm the dollar - burn the envelop - during the reveal, the dollar is still in your hand…. just whip it out

after the magician barrows the bill, he switches it for a non-flamable gimmick bill that is perchased in a magic store. then he grabs the bill in the middle of the ashes and, lets the audience oo and ah, then he uses sleight of hand to switch the bills again, and gives the spectator back his bill.
