I’ve seen it done before where a guy throws a scrambled Rubik’s cube up in the air and when he catches it, it’s solved!!

   Its a fixed rubix cube, it has a system of springs that flip the pannels to make them the right color when he pushes a certain tile on the rubix cube just before he throws it up
